All India Radio

All India Radio return to the lush atmospheric and instrumental soundscapes of their earlier work on their new album A Low High. Guests include Graham Lee (The Triffids) and some evocative ambient sounds from rock legend Ed Kuepper (The Saints & Nick Cave/Bad Seeds). All India Radio have just finished a collaboration with Australian music icon Steve Kilbey (The Church) who wrote the magical 'Under The Milky Way' (rediscovered by the world in the hit movie 'Donnie Darko’).

All India Radio (self titled) One of the most elegant and simple instrumental rock albums I've ever heard - a heavenly cloud of radiance that is simply not of the material world. - Brainwashed.com

Melbourne-based All India Radio's self-titled third album is a breathtaking triumph; one of the most exquisite, ethereal, instrumental records ever made in Australia. - The Brag Magazine

Martin Kennedy formed All India Radio in the late 1990s and has gone on to release 5 acclaimed albums collecting along the way an ARIA nomination, a record deal with Chicago’s Minty Fresh label (Veruca Salt, Cardigans) and album releases in breaking markets like China and the Philippines. ‘Music City 411- Robin Gibb Tribute

By: Andrew Vaughan

It’s truly heartbreaking to see the pain Robin Gibb’s family is going through right now. The Bee Gees singer is in a coma after suffering with liver cancer and most recently pneumonia. Of course, several big name pop acts have passed away recently- Davy Jones of The Monkees probably the most recent. Now I knew Davy to talk to but I’d never met his family. Which is why hearing about the Gibb family’s pain surrounding Robin is so difficult to handle.
