Andreea Proteasa is a Norwegian-Romanian artist born in 1989. She has participated in the Norwegian selection to Eurovision Song Contest, called Melodi Grand Prix, twice. In 2005 she entered with the song "Kingdom Come", written by Tom Steinar-Hansen, Ole Henrik Antonsen and Lars Aass. She didn't manage to get a top 4 placing. Two years later, in 2007, she participated again. This time with a song written by Maria Marcus, called "I Wanna Be With You". She didn't qualify to the final. In 2005 she also gave out a single called "Spring".
