The rumors are true. Atticus Fault is back in the studio recording their sophmore release. Atticus Fault disbanded in 2002 after their label MCA/Uninhibited was bought out by Geffen. The label let go of many promising acts during this time and Atticus Fault was one of the casualties. Now after a long hiatus, they are recording their follow-up to their debut album that was released to critical acclaim.
