The Bang Bang

The Bang Bang is a "Siamese Rock band" of the movie Brothers of the Head (Based on the novel of Brian Aldiss) B.O.T.H is the odyssey of conjoined twins Tom and Barry Howe who were plucked from obscurity by a 1970s music promoter and groomed into a Punk Rock band. Grappling with impossible love, artistic rivalry, and a dark inner life, the twins embrace their freakishness and spit it back in the form of searing Punk Rock. Brothers of the Head is a raucous ride through the seamy underground of 70's rock, and an unsettling glimpse into a relationship that is as beautiful as it is destructive.

The music of The Bang Bang was performed by: Luke Treadaway (Barry Howe)on vocals, Harry Treadaway (Tom Howe) on guitar/vocals, Steven Eagles (Spitz) on guitar, Nicholas Millard (Tubs) on drums, and Bryan Dick (Paul Day)on live bass. Jack Dunkley play the studio bass. Most of the songs were written by Clive Langer, in collaboration with Pete Shelley from The Buzzcocks

‘Music City 411- Robin Gibb Tribute

By: Andrew Vaughan

It’s truly heartbreaking to see the pain Robin Gibb’s family is going through right now. The Bee Gees singer is in a coma after suffering with liver cancer and most recently pneumonia. Of course, several big name pop acts have passed away recently- Davy Jones of The Monkees probably the most recent. Now I knew Davy to talk to but I’d never met his family. Which is why hearing about the Gibb family’s pain surrounding Robin is so difficult to handle.
