Cătălin Josan is the first winner of "Megastar", a very popular tv show in Romania.
Born on 4 March 1987 in Chisinau, Moldova, Cătălin is a successful singer in Romania, where he released his first album, "Megastart", in 2007, containing hits like Run away and When We're Together.
Cătălin took part in the Romanian Eurovision Song Contest Preselection in 2008 with two songs: When We’re Together and Run Away. The latter came fourth in the national final with 197 points.
Cătălin also took part in the 2009 edition of the Romanian Eurovision Song Contest Preselection, Selectia Nationala, coming joint second with Stop! and subsequently took part again the following year in 2010, also coming joint second with Around Around.
Cătălin Josan is a Universal Music artist.
