D Generation was a glam punk outfit formed in 1991 in New York City, fronted by Jesse Malin[/i]. The group's sound blurred the lines between punk rock, glam rock, and garage rock. The group released three albums (94's D Generation, 96's No Lunch, and 99's Through the Darkness) before breaking up in 1999.
