Kim Herold has been an acclaimed artist already for a few years with his band Humane with whom he has released two albums and a handful of hit singles. The spring of 2008 was a time for a change so Kim signed a record deal with Universal Music Finland and launched his solo career. He immediately started working on his debut solo album with producer Okko Laru. Social Butterfly, the first single from the new album, became a huge radio hit during the summer of 2008. The single was #4 on the Finnish Radio Airplay Chart and on the Official Download Chart in July and #1 in iTunes downloads.
