Limbeck is an alt country band out of Orange County, California. Limbeck is: Robb MacLean on vocals and guitar, Patrick Carrie on guitar and vocals, Justin Entsminger on bass. Jon Phillip replaced Matt Stephens on drums & percussion in 2005.
Limbeck is signed to Doghouse Records, which has put out three albums, 2003's Hi,Everything's Great, 2005's Let Me Come Home & self titled Limbeck in 2007. They recorded and released a live version of Hi, Everything's Great called Hey, Everything's Fine. They have also been featured on various compilations, including ¡Policia! A Tribute to the Police, where they covered the Police's "So Lonely."
It seems that the boys are almost continually on tour, so it comes as no surprise that many of their songs are lyrically centered on geography and the touring life.
They achieved a completely random feat under the name Garage Monkeys with Apple computer's use of an early song called Stop Internet Romance in an ad campaign.
Robb is an accomplished photographer and his work can be found in the insert of the Hi,Everything's Great album, as well as in many other outlets.
Their regular tour manager, Jon Cheese, has accomplished a fame all his own. On his website JonCheese.com, he sells t-shirts with his likeness screened on the front that proclaim "I know Jon Cheese". He is Limbeck's good friend and constant companion.
