Mayday Parade is an alternative rock/pop-punk band from Tallahassee, Florida . Their first EP "Tales Told by Dead Friends" was essentially a collection of demo songs; this however would not stop the ambitious band from independently selling over 20,000 copies of their EP on Warped Tour 2007. After seeing such success on their own the band signed to Fearless Records. After recording their debut full length “A Lesson in Romantics", guitarist and vocalist Jason Lancaster left the band for personal reasons. The band has continued to tour displaying their unique brand of emotional pop-punk across the United States and around the world.
They toured Japan and Australia, have performed at the Give It a Name Festival (UK) and also toured around the UK on the Give It a Name Introduces Tour with The Color Fred, Four Year Strong and Meg & Dia.
