Pierdavide Carone (born June 30, 1988 in Rome, Italy) is an Italian singer/songwriter.
He was a contestant of the ninth edition of the popular Italian talent show Amici di Maria De Filippi, he reached the finals, and he finished in third place winning the Journalist Critics Award. His debut album, "Una Canzone Pop,” peaked at #1 on the Italian album chart and went double platinum. His first single "Di Notte" also reached #1 in Italy and he also released a second single from this album "Mi piaci...ma non troppo."
He is the author of the song "Per tutte le volte che...” which when performed by Valerio Scanu, won Sanremo Festival 2010. He also released the book "I sogni fanno rima" which was a critical success.
