Ricki-Lee Coulter was a contestant on the second series of Australian Idol in 2004. She was known for her powerful voice, provocative dancing and vibrant personality. Receiving seventh place in the Idol competition, her elimination from the show was viewed by commentators and viewers as a "shock." Following her exit from Idol, she was signed to a recording contract with Shock Records.
