Their live performances are wild and usually contain weird costumes. Juho has a custom of performing naked, painted with a colour of body paint.

Sydän, sydän has decided to freeze their action. Their last gig (at least for now) was seen 9th of January 2010 in Helsinki. Sydän, sydän was the last performer in a happening called RabbitFest (took place in a restaurant boat Wäiski).
