The Boxer Rebellion Release Live Video From Shepherds Bush Empire Show

In light of London's The Boxer Rebellion having to recently cancel their scheduled headline tour of North America, the band has released a gorgeous live video of "The Runner" from their sold-out show at Shepherds Bush Empire in London for their fans. Filmed on Thursday, September 29, 2011 by renowned filmmaker Giorgio Testi, director of the band's "Step Out Of The Car" music video as well as the Grammy-nominated Blur documentary No Distance Left To Run, this HD clip from the show illustrates exactly why this international band continues to be praised for their unparalleled live spirit. ‘Music City 411- Robin Gibb Tribute

It’s truly heartbreaking to see the pain Robin Gibb’s family is going through right now. The Bee Gees singer is in a coma after suffering with liver cancer and most recently pneumonia. Of course, several big name pop acts have passed away recently- Davy Jones of The Monkees probably the most recent. Now I knew Davy to talk to but I’d never met his family. Which is why hearing about the Gibb family’s pain surrounding Robin is so difficult to handle.
