Decks The Halls 7" Track Listing
Side A: "Frosty The Snowman" & "Winter Is Blue"
Side B: "Blue Christmas"

This December Tristen will tour the east coast with Justin Townes Earle, playing a few newly announced headlining gigs in between. See below for updated tour dates including stops in Brooklyn, Boston, Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Charlottesville.

A Chicago native who has called Nashville home for the better part of a decade now, Tristen has risen to national attention with the success of her indie debut Charlatans At The Garden Gate (American Myth). Described at one point by the Boston Globe as "Nashville's best kept secret," Tristen has since won praise from all corners for her "addictive debut," (Rolling Stone) full of "pop hooks and pure inspiration." (NPR) The song "Baby Drugs" from the album was also recently featured on the new HBO series "Enlightened" staring Laura Dern.

Not content to sit still for any length of time, with a recent break between tours Tristen hit the studio in Nashville to begin recording her next record. Fans who come out to shows will be treated to a preview of the material from the new album, tentatively scheduled for release this coming spring 2012.

‘Music City 411- Robin Gibb Tribute

By: Andrew Vaughan

It’s truly heartbreaking to see the pain Robin Gibb’s family is going through right now. The Bee Gees singer is in a coma after suffering with liver cancer and most recently pneumonia. Of course, several big name pop acts have passed away recently- Davy Jones of The Monkees probably the most recent. Now I knew Davy to talk to but I’d never met his family. Which is why hearing about the Gibb family’s pain surrounding Robin is so difficult to handle.
