Is The World Strange Or Am I Strange? Out Now

Cosmo Jarvis sings-his album Is The World Strange Or Am I Strange? is making waves in his homeland of the U.K. as well as in the U.S.

Cosmo Jarvis is an actor and director, who is currently wrapping up a feature film.

Cosmo Jarvis is also a provocateur-writing songs about gay swashbucklers, shooting videos about religious hypocrisy and just generally being cheeky.

Cosmo recently returned from a visit to the U.S., which found him and his band playing several showcases at the CMJ Festival in New York. In the midst of taking a bite out of the Big Apple, Cosmo filmed an interview and video performance of the song "Lacie" for The Huffington Post.

Rolling Stone recently gave Is The World Strange Or Am I Strange? three stars, calling Cosmo a "gifted songcrafter." All Music Guide reports that the album "shows that there is substance to his style", while Consequence of Sound says "strangeness aside, he's one heck of a performer".

‘Music City 411- Robin Gibb Tribute

By: Andrew Vaughan

It’s truly heartbreaking to see the pain Robin Gibb’s family is going through right now. The Bee Gees singer is in a coma after suffering with liver cancer and most recently pneumonia. Of course, several big name pop acts have passed away recently- Davy Jones of The Monkees probably the most recent. Now I knew Davy to talk to but I’d never met his family. Which is why hearing about the Gibb family’s pain surrounding Robin is so difficult to handle.
