Now, Now and Trans- Records are gearing up for the release of the Minneapolis Trio's sophomore album Threads (March 6th). The album is now available for digital pre-order on iTunes, and fans can preview a song and get a first hand look at the band's life on the road through their new video for the song "Dead Oaks." Directed and filmed by Mitchell Wojcik, the video follows the group as they navigate the streets of New York during this past years CMJ festival. To celebrate the release of Threads, Now, Now have planned a record release show at The Triple Rock in Minneapolis on March 3rd. This Spring the band will head to SXSW before hitting the road for a nation wide tour with The Naked & Famous. (Tour Dates Below)

Now, Now, is composed of Cacie Dalager (Vocals, Guitar), Jess Abbott (Vocals, Guitar), and Brad Hale (Drums, Synth). This past June they recorded their new album Threads with producer Howard Redekopp (Tegan and Sara, New Pornographers, An Horse) in Vancouver, BC. It was earlier in the spring of 2011 that Now, Now began to solidify a relationship with Trans- Records founder and Death Cab For Cutie guitarist/producer Chris Walla. Threads will be released by Trans- Records on March 6th 2012.
