When I was creating this song I wanted to celebrate all Dads and incorporate my own special moments along with my friend's memories and why they are a Daddy's Girl. My favorite memory for me was going storm chasing with my dad and not telling mom. My Dad and I still to this today spend hours playing music. The sound of this song was important to me. I wanted to bring back more of the old style country sound but keep it fresh. I wanted to create a song that people could dance too. I'm very blessed with having amazing Nashville musicians creating the final sound.
My friend Lance Goodwin help me film and editor the video. My mom and Hollywood Stylist Melissa Larskin designed/made my custom green beaded boots. Every bead was hand glued one bead at a time.

Funny moment in making this video. When we were driving to Portland, TN to shoot the scenes. My mom was riding in Lucas Ciliberti vintage car which was going to be used in one of the scenes but halfway to Portland the car engine blow leaving them stranded on the road. We had to send a crew member to set with the car until the tow trunk came which was 4 hours later. Since we had limited time to shoot the scenes in Portland and without the vintage car we had to completely change the scene at the last moment.More

Singing the female’s reply to the male’s request to prove true love, Shauna rejuvenates this English traditional ballad, “Scarborough Fair” with her own Celtic spin. Her intricate yet, delicate piano melodies whisk through the entire piece. Shauna’s profound lyrics and piano driven sound has built her reputation in the Celtic music world and has also allowed her to tour extensively through the U.S. and U.K.More

He brought me to the best spots in Hollywood and took some shots from Universal studio. 311 did the rap and this scene was shot in New York during the International Peace Day Vigil concert. then I edited everything to come out with this videoMore
