Struggle with Academic Pressure and Deadlines

  I’ve been feeling absolutely overwhelmed lately as I try to combine my coursework, part-time job, and personal life. My main cause of stress right now is trying to write my dissertation, which seems like an impossible mountain to scale with everything else going on. I’ve reached a wall in terms of focus and motivation, and I don’t know where to start. Has anyone else encountered this situation? I would welcome any tips on time management or resources that helped you get through the dissertation phase.
