Best Way to Recognize Top Performers in Sales?

    Hey everyone,

    I’m looking for creative and memorable ways to reward our top sales reps this quarter. Trophies and plaques are great, but I want something that stands out and motivates the team. I recently saw a unique idea involving custom championship belts, and it got me thinking.

    Has anyone used something like a Sales Champion Award belt to recognize achievements? I’d love to hear your experiences or see examples. Does it boost morale and engagement, or is it just a fun novelty? Open to any insights or alternative ideas too.
