Taxi from Bilbao to San Sebastián Station for the festival

Hi everyone! We’re flying into Bilbao with the whole family for the weekend and would love to go to San Sebastián for the famous food festival. We rushed to buy bus tickets, but they were completely sold out—every seat for our desired time was gone! We’re at a loss because the hotel is already booked. Could you suggest how our group of four could get there without spending a fortune or getting stressed out?
Is it possible to find an alternative to the bus at the Bilbao airport if we arrive on Saturday morning? Are there local minibuses or private carriers that pick up passengers? We don’t want to get stuck at the terminal with the kids and our luggage and miss the first day of the festival.
Public transportation in the Basque Country can really be a struggle during major holidays or weekends. We made the same mistake with tickets once.
