Feeling Overwhelmed Before My Chemistry Test

I am a student and I feel very stressed right now because my chemistry test is coming soon and I feel unprepared. I study every day but my mind feels tired and nothing stays with me. I also work after class and help my family so I feel worn out most of the time. At my weakest moment I even thought take my chemistry test just to escape the pressure. I do not want shortcuts. I really need advice on how to study better and stay calm.
