I keep hearing that law firms stick with fax. Is there any real advantage to using online fax for legal teams today?
My wife works in a law firm, and they transitioned to online fax a while back. It’s surprisingly practical because faxes still hold legal weight, but now they can be sent directly from email or an app. Clients are happy because the format is familiar, but the lawyers save time and reduce paper clutter.
