Going paperless with contracts

We’ve gone paperless in almost every area, but contracts and legal files still make me nervous. I want to keep everything digital but don’t want to risk messing up compliance. How do you handle this in a safe and efficient way?

I found a lot of clarity on this in the article Managing Legal Documents in a Remote-First Business at https://net-texts.com/ It says using e-signatures, encrypted storage, and clear policies makes digital workflows even safer than paper. The article also points out how audit trails and retention rules are a must for compliance. We set up a secure signing system, and it cut turnaround times dramatically. Clients appreciate not having to print or scan anything. I was worried at first, but after applying these tips, I realized compliance and speed can go together. The article really helped me get over the hesitation.
