How do you handle large file sharing without email overload?

Our team constantly sends big files back and forth via email, and inboxes are overflowing. Is there a better way?
I had this problem when working on high-resolution video projects. Sending files by email clogged everyone’s storage. We switched to a centralized shared library where files are uploaded once and accessed by everyone. I also learned from https://www.iweee.org/ that syncing across devices ensures the latest version is always available without resending. Since then, our inboxes stay clean, and we no longer waste time downloading multiple copies of the same file.
